Strollers Loyalty Scheme Terms

Membership

• Membership is free and for personal use.
• Only one account is permitted per customer.
• An account or reward may not be sold or transferred unless Strollers expressly permits it.

Coffee loyalty

• Eligible paid Coffee purchases earn Coffee beans.
• After 10 Coffee beans are earned, one Coffee reward becomes available.
• An item funded by a reward does not also earn normal loyalty for that funded item.

Dog Sausage loyalty

• Eligible paid Dog Sausage purchases earn Dog Sausage progress.
• After 10 qualifying purchases, one Dog Sausage reward becomes available.
• The Coffee and Dog Sausage programmes are independent.

Welcome Drink

An eligible new customer receives one Welcome Drink. It may be used for:

• One Americano free; or
• The current Floreant Americano selling price as credit against another eligible drink.

If the selected drink costs more than the credit, the customer pays the difference. If it costs less, the reward covers only that drink's actual price. The reward provides no cash, change or negative balance.

A successful Welcome Drink redemption awards exactly one Coffee bean. Registration itself awards no bean. The reward-funded drink does not also earn a normal Coffee bean.

Birthday Coffee

• One Birthday Coffee is available per customer per birthday year.
• It is available for a seven-day inclusive period beginning on the customer's birthday.
• It uses the same value and credit rules as the Welcome Drink.
• It does not award the additional Welcome Drink Coffee bean.

Dog Birthday Sausage

• One Dog Birthday Sausage is available per registered dog per birthday year.
• It is available for a seven-day inclusive period beginning on the dog's birthday.
• It is valid for one eligible Dog Sausage.
• It does not advance normal Dog Sausage loyalty.

General reward rules

• Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Rewards are subject to product availability and account and till verification.
• Rewards are personal to the account unless Strollers expressly permits otherwise.

Errors

Strollers may correct obvious loyalty or reward errors where transaction records show that an award or redemption was incorrect.

Fraud and misuse

Strollers may suspend or close an account for fraud, manipulation, deliberate misuse or unauthorised access. Genuinely earned rewards will not be removed arbitrarily.

Technical outages

Loyalty availability may be temporarily affected by internet, software, shop systems or third-party services. Where technically possible, legitimate activity may be reconciled afterward.

Floreant till operation is separate from the availability of the Strollers loyalty service.

Changes to the scheme

Strollers may reasonably amend or withdraw the scheme. For material changes, we aim to provide reasonable notice and, where practical, allow legitimately accrued rewards to be used before withdrawal.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
