The app

The app provides access to a Strollers loyalty account, rewards, dog profiles, menu and news information, seafront information, feedback and related Strollers services.

The separate Strollers Loyalty Scheme Terms apply to loyalty balances, rewards and entitlements.

Account responsibility

You must provide accurate information, take reasonable steps to protect your device and account, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may use SMS verification to create, restore or secure an account.

Licence to use the app

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app for its intended purpose, subject to these terms.

Intellectual property

Strollers branding, content and software remain owned by Strollers Coffee or its licensors. These terms do not transfer any intellectual-property rights to you.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the app, an account or a reward fraudulently or unlawfully.
• Interfere with the app, its systems or another person's use of it.
• Attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems or information.
• Copy, redistribute or exploit app content unlawfully.
• Manipulate or misuse loyalty balances, rewards or accounts.

Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The app may be affected by maintenance, internet or mobile outages, third-party service outages, updates, security work or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Information and prices

We take reasonable care over information shown in the app. If app information and an actual shop transaction differ, the underlying till and transaction records may be checked. The current till price is authoritative for shop transactions.

Notifications

We may send service notifications connected with the app or your account. Marketing or promotional notifications will be sent only where legally permitted and appropriately authorised.

Third-party services

The app depends on infrastructure, SMS, notification and app-store providers. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices. More detail about processing of personal information appears in our Privacy Policy.

Suspension

We may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary because of fraud, abuse, security concerns or a breach of these terms.

Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

The app is a customer loyalty and information service. It is not designed for emergency or mission-critical use.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be published here, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
